STEP 01

Pre-Placement Talks

Pre-Placement Talks are conducted for young graduates to understand TCE better and for the company to apprise students of the plethora of opportunities TCE has to offer.

Application

Application - Post the pre-placement talk; interested candidates are invited to apply through a TCE application form circulated with the help of respective campus placement committees.

Group Discussion

Group Discussion

Group Discussion - TCE has increasingly seen a surge in the interested applicants over the years, thus short-listing based on group discussions held on campus becomes a crucial step in the whole process.

Final Interview

Final Interview

Final Interview of the shortlisted candidates takes place in their respective campuses by a panel of at least two people comprising of a Business HR Head and a Senior Leader from the Core Function.

STEP 05

Offers

Offers - Post final interviews on campus, TCE communicates the final offers to the placement committee of the college, which in turn, informs the candidates.
