Elphinstone Building becomes the second
heritage building in Mumbai to receive
Platinum rating by the Indian Green Building
Council, under their existing building rating
system. EcoFirst worked as energy auditing
experts and on Green Building Certification
and Facilitation. This project underwent the
necessary retrofits to reduce their energy
and water consumption footprint thereby
achieving a Platinum rating. EcoFirst is a
subsidiary of Tata Consulting Engineers.
